To be eligible for a refund, you must request a return within 3 business days of the delivery date for a replacement. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not show any damage. Please contact us before requesting a refund. Our support team will review your request and provide you with a return form.
Once we receive your item, our professional team will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or damage caused during shipping. Verify that you have received the correct products. Damaged products must be reported within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
